What do I do if I have a problem or query and need support from Intimate Data?
You can either email us at support@intimatedata.co.za or you can phone us on 021 701 5152 and ask for our Support Department. If you phone us we will ensure we get all your contact details as well as a detailed description of your problem or query. If you use the e-mail option, please ensure the same details are given to us (Contact Name, Company, Contact Number, Details of problem). Your query will be logged and allocated to the relevant support technician who will contact you shortly thereafter.
